LAUREN ESKILDSEN
OSTEOPATHY
We look at the body in health as meaning perfection and harmony, not in one part, but in the whole.
- A. T. Still MD, DO

Osteopathic practitioners do not heal, but facilitate the bodies own natural healing by
using a variety of principle based techniques.

All manual osteopathic treatments are uniquely tailored to YOU and YOUR specific
needs. Using a gentle, therapeutic approach Lauren's goals for treatment are to restore the body’s structural balance, stability and function.

EACH BODY IS
unique
OSTEOPATHY IS BENEFICIAL AT ANY STAGE OF LIFE
Manual osteopathic care is sought out to help manage and support through the body's changes. These changes may include, but are not limited to
-
acute/chronic discomfort pain,
-
muscular tension and spasms,
-
pregnancy/postpartum,
-
postural imbalances,
-
circulatory issues,
-
sports injuries,
-
headaches/migraines.
Although we understand the patient's chief complaints, each treatment is responsive to the patients' presenting structural alignment, not to a preconceived treatment plan.
Understanding the anatomy and physiology and how they work together gives us the
ability to comprehend the problem and the road map to fix it.
Classically trained osteopathic manual practitioners are trained to look at the body as a dynamic unit of function in which every bone, muscle, nerve, vessel and organ are interrelated.
