Meet Lauren
As a stepping stone to becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Lauren started her path at Fanshawe College in the Fitness and Health Promotion program (2013). Her love and amazement of the human body helped further her education at the University of Guelph where she graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology with honours (2015). During her career as a Kinesiologist (much of which happened concurrently with her education in Osteopathy) Lauren worked in a variety of health care environments, including: long term care, physiotherapy clinics, nursing and retirement homes, as well as specialized sports-based clinics.

Lauren graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario with a Master of Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSc). There, she gained a deep understanding of osteopathic principles and a more in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and mechanics of the human body.

When she's not helping others you can find her trying out new recipes, reading new books, and spending as much time as possible outside with her husband and pups.
Lauren has devoted her energy to the classical science of Osteopathy, and is excited to be moving full time to Exeter, ON and serving the town and surrounding area.
