The length of time it takes to feel better will be unique to each individual, this will be discussed with you at your appointment and throughout your course of treatment. The goal of each treatment is to make changes that will build stability in the body over time and encourage the body’s own ability to self-heal and self-regulate.

All manual osteopathic treatments are you uniquely tailored to YOU and YOUR specific needs. This is also the case when it comes to follow up treatments -- they are completely dependent on what that patient requires. Follow up treatment timing can be discussed at the end of your initial assessment.

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy that utilizes the body's natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
